Ship the Sewer Camera to the address provided in our Shipping tab. (please provide us with your contact info including your name, name of company, phone number and e-mail address) We accept shipments from UPS or Fed-Ex. If at all Possible send the whole unit with I-pad or monitor for proper testing. Also it is a good idea to bag your camera prior to packing the unit in shipping peanuts.
Payment for repairs & return shipping is required in full prior to release of product. We accept Visa, Mastercard,American Express and Discover cards.
